Refund & Cancellation Policy – Child Care Expert

Child Care Expert, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to accommodate our clients while ensuring smooth operations.


1. Cancellation Policy

For One-Time Bookings – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
For Weekly/Monthly Plans – Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled session.
Late Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
No-Show Policy – If a parent fails to cancel and does not show up, the full amount will be charged.


2. Refund Policy

Cancellations Within the Allowed Period – If you cancel within the permitted time, you will receive a full refund or credit for future services.
Service Dissatisfaction – If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assess your request for a partial or full refund.
Subscription Plans – Refunds for prepaid packages are available only if canceled within the first 7 days of service, minus any used sessions.
Emergency Situations – We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate special cases on a case-by-case basis.


3. Modifications & Rescheduling

✔ Parents can reschedule a session at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ If rescheduling within less than 24 hours, a small rescheduling fee may apply.
✔ In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative time.
